This is my dream...

Ah, yes. Even more than my dream of restoring a Nash Metropolitan someday, I have a dream of restoring a vintage trailer. For one thing, I don't know anything about engines, so the Met would need help beyond what I could give it myself (although that's not as big a consideration, since we have a friend here who I actually trust for mechanic recommendations--even more on the Met, since he owns a lovely coral '54). But a trailer doesn't have an engine, and a lot of the electrical/mechanical work that needs to be done on one of them could be done by any competent mechanic. And besides, it would just be so. Much. Fun. Especially once The Boy (who should be here in a couple of weeks now, which is one reason I haven't been posting frequently) gets to a good camping age. Say, between diapers and driving.
